Letter Carriers Food Drive
A nationwide event hosted by the United States Post Office to “stamp out hunger”, held annually the second Saturday in May. Set your non-perishable food items out for the letter carrier to pick-up. This year over 3,500 pounds of food was collected - THANK YOU!
Huhtala Oil Charity Golf Event
Tee-ing off for those. Huhtala Oil Company will hosts their annual golf tournament on Monday, July 20, 2009 at the Gardner Municipal Golf Course, 152 Eaton Street, Gardner. Held each August, our booth at this event offers information on the services of
the Gardner CAC.
Annual Turkey Raffle to benefit the Food Pantry
The Annual Turkey Raffle is held at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 110 South Main Street in Gardner each November. Raffles, Door Prizes, Free Chowder and a great opportunity to help those less fortunate. Check back soon for the date of the event!
Memorial Lights Celebration Gardner Square Two
By partnering with Gardner Square Two, we have remembered loved ones with a memorial light, food donations that has provided for individuals and families and we have also warmed the hearts of our community friends who view this beautiful display of lights.
